FRAKTUR - CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH AND BAPTISM
HEINRICH was born of Christian Lutheran parents in the year of Our Lord Jesus Christ 1774 in Upper Salford Township, Philadelphia County, and was baptized by Pastor Keller. The witnesses were Father and Mother and have given him the name stated above. The father is the honorable Bastian Wendling and the mother the honorable Barbara. (back of page, hand written) Was baptized by Pastor Keller. Died in the year 1837 on the 21st of December and was buried on the 23 of December. (Translated by Ilse Reist)
